Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, outgoing Service Greeter to be the first point of contact in our service lane. You will welcome guests, communicate clearly, and help schedule maintenance visits in a professional, welcoming environment.

As part of a family-owned group with decades of local presence, you will contribute to a culture of care, teamwork, and customer-first service while supporting operations at our Asheville location.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.

Anderson Automotive Group is looking for an energetic and outgoing personality with a proven track record of customer service to be the first point of contact for our service lane. Our Service Greeters ensureand areresponsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to the guests who bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities suited to customer service
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
• Assist and greetcustomers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer’s vehicle from the service drive
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
