Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests in our service lane. You will create an inviting and professional experience as vehicles enter for maintenance and repairs.

We value friendly personalities, strong communication, and reliability. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-owned, multi-brand dealership network in the Raleigh area.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality suited to customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer’s vehicle from the service drive.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests in the service lane and provide an inviting experience.
• Greet customers as they arrive for maintenance or repairs and guide them appropriately.
• Assist in moving customers' vehicles from the service drive to the appropriate area.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
