The role emphasizes service work over large production installs, with opportunities for overtime and growth within a national roofing company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience, including repairs and diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.
• Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and develop repair scopes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.
• Identify additional service or repair needs when you see them.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.

Prefer fixing problems over running production jobs? This could be a great fit.We are looking for an experienced roofing service professional who knows how to find leaks, make solid repairs, and take care of customers. You will lead a small service crew (typically 1-2 people), but this is a hands-on role - not a desk job. You will be joining a large, established national roofing company with room to grow. As we continue adding service crews to this division, strong performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and move up.
