Responsibilities

• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores per company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service department training.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service staff.
• Reinforce company policies and standards; ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and internal teams.
• Collaborate with management on hiring and discipline decisions.
