Key Auto Group's Key Acura of Reno is seeking a Dealership Delivery Specialist to provide a thorough vehicle feature orientation and answer customer questions. You will support new vehicle deliveries, set up Bluetooth and safety features, and assist with gas fill and inventory tasks.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a dynamic customer-service mindset, and the ability to present information to individuals and small groups. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive orientation on vehicle features
• Have strong product knowledge and answer customer questions
• Set up/Pair Bluetooth devices and set up safety features
• Help prep and fill up the gas tank of new vehicle deliveries
• Occasionally help with swap drives and inventory management
