Job summary

Avondale Group is seeking a Service Experience Associate to support the service department and elevate the client experience. You will assist with process steps, communicate repairs readiness to customers, and help manage the service drive flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Training will cover Express Pay, warranty claims, and daily vehicle throughput in a high-volume dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with service processes and claims handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience.
• Notify clients when repairs are completed and vehicle is ready for delivery.
• Assist with Service Drive Traffic and greet/start Repair Orders.
• Review, send, and schedule Express Pay; manage next day appointments for smooth service flow.

Our Service Experience Associates assist with service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience. The SEA will be trained to complete necessary tasks involved throughout the service experience to ultimately improve overall communication and experience for our clients.

Service Drive Process

• Assist ASM with daily activities to ensure expedited client updates
• Understands and utilizes current and future systems (CDK, SDL, Text to Drive, Voile etc.)
• Assists ASM by notifying clients when repairs are completed, and vehicle is ready for delivery
• Assists with Service Drive Traffic
  • Assists ASM Team with greeting and starting Repair Order
• Review, send, and schedule Express Pay
• Review of next day appointments to provide an elevated experience at time of appointment

Claims Management

• Process and submit extended warranty claims
• Process and submit tire and wheel contract claims
• Process and submit additional third-party coverage claims (Windshield, Dent, etc.)

Outbound Strategies

• Outbound Special-Order Parts communication
• Outbound Campaign/Recall communication
• Outbound CSI follow ups

Further Development

• Lateral Support Training in other service operations

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
