Job summary

Kendall Auto Group's Toyota Bend location is seeking a Service Experience Associate to join our fast-paced service team. You will be the first contact for customers, greeting them, coordinating with technicians, and helping ensure a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate has high-level customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong time management. You will attend training, maintain a clean service area, and support the team in delivering exceptional service daily.

Responsibilities

Greet incoming service clients.
Provide refreshments to waiting clients; including coffee, water, and light snacks.
Move, park, and retrieve vehicles to support department flow.
Prepare vehicles to be serviced by cleaning front windows and vacuuming driver areas.
Create a positive and professional first impression.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions promptly and accurately.
Attend training meetings with service department.
Listen to customer needs and priorities to provide guidance on vehicle offerings.
Maintain cleanliness of service area.
