Preferred

• Candidates with previous experience in sales within the consumer product industry are preferred, as such backgrounds provide valuable insight into market trends and customer needs specific to this sector.
• Prior experience in selling Non-Alcoholic an/or Alcoholic beverages in the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) industry is advantageous, equipping applicants with specialized knowledge relevant to the role.
• Experience in beer industry sales is also regarded as beneficial, as it demonstrates familiarity with the unique aspects and customer expectations within this market segment.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

The position requires the regular operation of a motor vehicle to visit customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. From time to time, it is necessary to lift, push, pull or carry items weighing over 50 lbs, demonstrating the need for physical strength and stamina.

The role involves frequent bending, walking, standing, twisting, and turning throughout the workday. Employees must be able to use their arms, wrists, and hands for grasping tasks for the entire shift. In addition, the role requires sitting, bending stooping, squatting, crouching, standing, walking, and turning or pivoting for up to five hours per day, five days per week.

Applicants must be capable of working effectively under stressful conditions. They should also possess the ability to see, hear, and communicate sufficiently to perform assigned responsibilities and to always maintain proper job safety standards.
