Job summary

Crescent Crown Distributing LLC in Louisiana is hiring a full-time CDL A delivery driver to service established routes, deliver beer and non-alcoholic drinks, merchandise, and collect payments from customers. You will prepare orders, update daily delivery records, and maintain professional customer interactions while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

This role requires endurance, accuracy, and reliable, on-time performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Class A CDL with valid medical certificate.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional push/pull up to 340 lbs.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery truck along established routes to deliver beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Collect payments and record transactions on receipts.
• Prepare orders and stock shelves at customer locations.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and displays.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip checks.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Job descriptionDrives CCD delivery vehicle over an established route to deliver, merchandise, and sell CCD products, collects payment from customers, and makes change by performing the following duties. The focus of this position is to complete tasks consistently, carefully and systematically, in a service-friendly environment. It requires you to be patient, pleasant, and friendly, is a willing and sympathetic listener, a cheerful, amiable talker, and gets along easily with others. Delivering high-quality work completed carefully, systematically, at a relatively unhurried pace, and in the same way unless otherwise directed is what this position necessitates. Your overall work environment is relatively low pressure and unchanging and requires dependable, consistent, and steady work habits. The established procedures and processes must be followed very closely; there is little room or necessity to modify them. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
