ZF Gainesville, LLC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and technicians in Gray Court, SC, delivering service, maintenance, commissioning and lifecycle support for automated test systems across North America.

You will oversee technical programs, coordinate across functions, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. A strong background in control systems and robotics is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• 8–10+ years as a service engineer in automated test systems or related environments.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of control systems and industrial automation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate a team of Engineers and Technicians to support customer service, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, troubleshooting and lifecycle support of automated test systems in North America.
• Establish team goals, priorities, resource planning, workload distribution and performance expectations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor service performance, project status, customer satisfaction, and service profitability.
• Coordinate service activities across engineering, sales, project management, manufacturing and supplier organizations.
• Interface with customers on escalated service issues and strategic projects.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in service efficiency, quality and reliability.
