Job summary

Responsibilities

• Exposure to Allison’s products and cross-functional teams to learn.
• Assist investigation and analysis of failed transmissions and parts.
• Help develop investigative plans for issues affecting vehicle uptime.
• Prepare technical documents to inform service networks of product issues and updates.
• Assist development of specialized training and tools as needed.
• Support the Allison Technical Assistance Center.
