Providence’s Enterprise Information Services team is seeking a Service Engineer to design, operate, and improve large-scale, computer-based services. You will collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers early in the development process to ensure reliable, scalable systems.
You will bring expertise in automation, deployment, recovery, and resilience modeling within a healthcare context, and contribute to multi-tier architectures and platform reliability.
Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.
