Qualifications

• At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential/General Journeyman Certification OR C10 license).
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.

• Able to lift 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Professional, clean appearance with strong customer service skills.

As a Service Electrician, you’ll be the trusted expert our clients rely on. Your day-to-day will include

• Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code‑compliant solutions.
• Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
• Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.
• Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is

• Certified & Experienced At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential/General Journeyman Certification OR C10 license)
• Knowledgeable Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
• Safety‑Focused Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
• Physically Capable Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
• Professional Clean, well‑groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
