Fountain Services, LLC is seeking a Service Electrician in Greer, SC to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in occupied homes with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work independently, handle service calls, and ensure high-quality workmanship, while adhering to company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair of residential electrical systems.
• Experience working in occupied homes with homeowners.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass a mandatory drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches).
• Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
• Handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings.
• Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the department manager.

Your Role: Service Electrician

As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in occupied homes. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will serve as a direct representative of the company, delivering reliable solutions and clear communication to homeowners while ensuring quality workmanship on every service call.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes
• Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.)
• Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions
• Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings
• Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes
• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work
• Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems
• Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners
• Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED.
• Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen.
