Job summary

Clay Subaru of Norwood is seeking a Service Drive Valet to greet customers, assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and park/retrieve vehicles with care. You will manage keys, inspect loaners, and keep the lot organized while following safety policies.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including weekends, are available at this dealership.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience in valet or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about service processes and wait times.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in line with dealership policies.
• Manage lot, keys, and loaner fleet; assist with drop-off and pick-up of vehicles.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the service drive area.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to support a seamless customer experience.
