Job summary

Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall in Cerritos, CA is seeking a friendly Greeter / Service Valet to welcome customers, keep the lobby clean and stocked, and assist with valet duties. The role involves working both inside the dealership and on the service drive to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the lobby, restocking amenities, assisting with service drop-offs, and guiding customers to the right department.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership.
• Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and customer areas.
• Monitor and restock coffee, water, snacks, supplies, and other customer amenities as needed.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Greet customers arriving for Service and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors and the Service Department with customer flow.
