Base pay range

$17.87/hr – $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive into the Service Drive.
• Assist the Service Advisors as needed throughout the greeting process.
• Offer the customer a complimentary evaluation of their vehicle.
• Be ready to help both the Sales and Service Departments in your down‑time.
• Maintain a friendly and efficient manner while answering customers’ questions and providing general information.
• Adhere to dealership policy regarding the National Do Not Call List and the Privacy Acts.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer‑service experience.

• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Pay Details
