The Service Porter earns $18 per hour with duties including greeting customers, recording vehicle details, and assisting service staff. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the right person or location
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage during walk-around
• Controls service traffic flow, parking, and assists with loaner vehicles as needed
• Parks vehicles after they have been written up and retrieves vehicles at cashier for pickup
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, reports any lot damage immediately
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed
• Prioritizes safety and professional appearance at all times
• The wage includes base hourly compensation of $18.00 and complies with EEOC guidelines
