Job summary

Lancaster County Motors Subaru in Lancaster is seeking a part-time Porter to greet customers in the Service Drive and direct them to the Service Advisor.

The role requires a professional appearance, good public interaction, and mobility to move between the Service Drive and parking areas. You must be able to drive a manual transmission and pass a pre-employment drug test. Hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 lbs and perform varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Drive and direct them to the Service Advisor.
• Stage customer vehicles from Service Drive to the service parking area.
• Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly; move cars as directed.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks and remove debris as needed.
• Remove snow from vehicles in winter.
• Address customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
