Lancaster County Motors is seeking a part-time Porter for the Subaru dealership in Lancaster. The role involves greeting customers at the Service Drive, directing them to the Service Advisor, and handling loaner cars with a professional demeanor.

This position requires mobility and the ability to work around vehicles. Hours are 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with emphasis on safety, courteous service, and meeting dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the Service Drive and direct them to the Service Advisor.
• Stage customer vehicles from Service Drive to the service parking area.
• Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly and move cars per dealership display standards.
• Maintain a clean driveway/sidewalks and remove debris as needed.
• Assist with snow removal from vehicles in winter.
• Be polite and address customer concerns professionally.
