Lithia Toyota of Springfield is growing and seeks a friendly Express Lube Service Greeter/Porter to join the team. As the first face customers see, you’ll help direct arrivals, collect contact info, and support the service drive while keeping it organized.

This hybrid role blends front-desk warmth with hands-on logistical support, requiring 1+ year of experience, comfort with dealership tech, and a team-focused attitude. Schedule is Tue-Fri 8-5 and Sat 7-3; pay is $16.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident when talking with customers.
• Able to gather information and verify contact details.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership technology.
• Able to work active, varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
• Direct customers to the correct service lane.
• Collect and verify contact information.
• Check oil change eligibility and recalls to schedule.
• Maintain service drive and parking lot organization.
• Assist technicians and advisors with workflow.
• Support with miscellaneous tasks to keep department running smoothly.
