Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Escort customers to the appropriate service Advisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and customer waiting lounges.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and offerings.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Help maintain a positive and customer-centric atmosphere at the dealership.
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
• Capture pictures of our customers vehicle.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
