Russ Darrow Metro Nissan in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Service Porter/Lot Attendant to support daily service department operations. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them through check-in, moving vehicles, and keeping the service drive organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly as they arrive in service drive.
• Escort customers to service writing area and guide check-in.
• Offer amenities and ensure customers feel welcome.
• Move vehicles safely between drive, stalls, and pickup areas.
• Retrieve vehicles for customer pickup.
• Escort customers back to their vehicles after service.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive, shop, and waiting area.
• End-of-day shop cleanup and organization.
• Ensure printers and supplies are stocked.
• Restock service forms and customer area amenities.
• Keep waiting area clean with snacks and beverages.
• Assist with grounds maintenance including snow/debris removal.
• Follow safety procedures when moving and parking vehicles.
