Job summary

Baxter Subaru Omaha is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join our service drive team in Omaha. This training-focused position supports Service Advisors, handling guest flow, communications, and administrative tasks to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help prepare repair quotes as you develop into a Service Advisor. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Prior customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at the service drive and assist with check-in and check-out
• Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and support ongoing guest communication
• Prepare and assemble repair quotes for review by Service Advisors
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment in the service drive and waiting areas
• Support workflow efficiency during peak service hours
