Job summary

Baxter Subaru Omaha is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to support the service drive, greet guests, and manage check-in/check-out while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This training-focused role is designed to develop into a Service Advisor position.

You will answer service calls, schedule appointments, assemble repair quotes, and maintain a welcoming environment, with opportunities for career development and industry-leading benefits across Baxter Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Prior customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at the service drive and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and support ongoing guest communication.
• Prepare and assemble repair quotes for review by Service Advisors.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment in the service drive and waiting areas.
• Support workflow efficiency during peak service hours.
