Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Partner Services Coordinator to join our Susquehanna Service Dogs team. In this role, you will guide assistance and facility dog applicants from their initial inquiry through the application, evaluation, and waiting‑list process. Our work is rooted in the belief that every person should have the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and fully participate in all that society has to offer. The Partner Services Coordinator manages applicant communication, coordinates application reviews and interviews, and assesses applicant suitability. This position builds strong relationships with partners, support networks, volunteers, and other stakeholders while ensuring each stage of the process meets program and Assistance Dogs International standards.
Full time, nonexempt position $19.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on localized market data, skills, experience, and education. This role includes frequent travel to nearby locations and occasional travel within a four-hour driving radius. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human services or customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
