Job summary

Keystone Human Services is hiring a full-time Partner Services Coordinator for the Susquehanna Service Dogs team. The role guides applicants from inquiry through evaluation and waiting-list stages, coordinating communications, reviews, and interviews while ensuring standards are met.

Travel to nearby locations is frequent; the organization emphasizes a person-centered approach and collaboration with partners and volunteers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human services or customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to learn electronic systems and compliance tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

Promote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture.
Respond to service inquiries and provide applicants with education, assistance, and resources.
Manage the application process, including communication, review coordination, eligibility determinations, and notifications.
Coordinate and lead interviews, home visits, and in-person evaluations.
Ensure materials and processes comply with ADAI and program standards.
Maintain accurate applicant records and document communications in the database.
