Comfort Systems USA (Southeast), Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatcher to support office operations including managing contract files, billing and invoicing, payroll, and routing inbound service calls.

The role focuses on maintaining the service schedule, dispatching Service Technicians, coordinating materials, and communicating professionally with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with administrative support, billing and invoicing and receiving inbound calls while providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience working within the construction/service industry, inclusive of general contractors, specialty contractors and service providers preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Plan service technician schedules to ensure on-time execution of projects and preventative maintenance at customers sites.
• Receive inbound customer calls for repair requests and coordinate existing schedules to allow for emergency service of mechanical equipment.
• Issue purchase orders and enter vendor invoices.
• Review and submit payroll weekly for service technicians.
• Review daily work orders to ensure service has been completed and documented correctly.
• Communicate professionally written and verbally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Coordinate upcoming material needs and order materials

Job description

As a Service Dispatcher, you will assist with office duties including managing contract files, billing and invoicing, payroll, and routing inbound service calls. The Dispatcher will also maintain the service schedule and dispatch/assign Service Technicians as needed.

Compensation

• Wage Range Starting at: $20/hr. based on qualifications & experience

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  

Job Duties

Requirements

• Dispatch experience preferred
