Service Dispatcher

$23 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Sequim, WA | Full-Time

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians
• Keep customers informed on appointments and job status
• Process invoices, service records, and timecards
• Follow up on pending jobs and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
