Job summary

POSITION SUMMARY

Are you looking for a fast paced team environment? Would you like a more dynamic role that allows you to work on varied projects and with varied people? Our Service team is seeking a Dispatcher to provide white glove service to our customers and support our service technician team. If you are a multi hat wearing, detail focused, problem solving, collaborator, then we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Front Line Communicator: You will be the face of our service department, generating service calls and communicating by phone and email with customers, sales representatives, vendors and service technicians.
• Working closely with the service managers to coordinate technicians, subcontractors and customer requests to determine schedule and dispatch workers to jobs while managing information in the dispatch system.
• Monitoring service technicians' workload and capacity throughout the day and reviewing all "Open Calls" on a daily basis to ensure timely response and customer notification.
• Verifying field payroll and processing on a weekly basis.
