Job summary

HOJ Innovations Hesco Services is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and support field technicians for overhead cranes, conveyors, and material handling equipment. You will be the main liaison with customers, scheduling work and prioritizing tasks with Service Managers while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role emphasizes dispatch and scheduling experience, strong customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous dispatch/scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing/distribution and material handling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with Service Managers and Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Schedules or dispatches technicians to locations.
• Takes incoming customer calls and addresses service questions or requests.
• Maintains records of customer requests, work, charges, and dispatch data.
• Generates work orders and coordinates field service technicians.
• Ensures service programs are carried out by staff and coordinates resources.
• Plans personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment per project needs.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Produces reports and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Supports a culture of total quality in customer service.
