Job summary

Salary range is $19-25/hour depending on experience, with standard hours 8:00 am–4:45 pm, Monday–Friday. The position involves dispatch coordination, answering calls, scheduling technicians, ordering parts, billing, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Up to a year of dispatching experience or life safety experience.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support for the inspections and service departments.
• Answer phone calls.
• Schedule technicians.
• Assist with ordering equipment, parts, and products when necessary.
• Billing.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Open to continual learning.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
• Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
