Job summary

Toyota of Hernando is seeking a Service Director who leads from the front, ensuring the Service Department delivers top performance with strong CSI scores. You will read a service board at a glance, coach advisors and technicians, and drive profitability while protecting the guest relationship.

You will own the department's financials, forecast budgets, and partner with Parts to keep repairs moving, all while upholding Toyota brand standards and Synergy's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience.
• Experience as Service Manager or Service Director.
• Toyota brand experience preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (Tekion a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring CSI and performance standards.
• Own the department's financial performance: forecast, budget, and profitability across labor and parts.
• Coach and develop service advisors and technicians to perform under pressure.
• Partner with Parts to maintain inventory and keep repairs moving.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and protect the dealership's reputation.
• Ensure processes meet Toyota brand standards and Synergy's commitment to excellence.
