Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Service Detailer to wash and detail our fleet of Over-the-Road Tractors, cars and trucks, keeping a professional image for the company. The role requires physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime opportunities and on-site benefits. Training is provided to support growth within a 100% Associate-Owned family.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10 hours).
• The ability to use handheld tools such as ratchet/wrench and air tools.

Responsibilities

Service Detailer

Job Overview: The service detailer position is responsible for the washing and detailing of our fleet of Over-the-Road Tractors as well as cars and trucks. Our fleet is a rolling billboard and projects the top-notch image of Jasper Engines and Transmissions.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• Overtime

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as ratchet/wrench and air tools
• Standing: Continuously
• Walking: Occasionally
• Sitting: Occasionally
• Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally.
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting rate $20.00
