Serve as a senior service desk resource in a secure federal IT environment. In addition to all Level I responsibilities, you will create knowledge and process content, support configuration management, and partner with development and operations teams.
CompTIA A+ (preferred; may sub for 1 yr exp)
Hybrid - approximately 50% remote / 50% on-site. Primary site: Central Office, Washington, DC. Possible travel to FCC Butner (NC), FCC Allenwood (PA), or FCC Victorville (CA). Government-furnished equipment (laptop, PIV card) provided.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM ET, ~1,992 hours/year. Full-time, W-2.
