Job Description

We are looking to hire a Service Desk agent for a 12-month contract. The role involves working as an End User Support Tech, handling customer issues in person, via phone, email, etc. Candidates should have experience in complex troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to Windows, MS Office, and similar technologies. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 1 remote day per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and specific plan or election details. Eligible benefits may include:
