Make a real impact as a Global Technology Support Representative! You’ll be the go-to person for colleagues around the world, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem-solving. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into a diverse range of technologies, from desktop and network support to cloud platforms and manufacturing systems. Your expertise will be essential in resolving technical challenges, empowering users, and driving continuous improvement within the IT department.
As a Global Technology Support Representative, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating with global IT teams to tackle a wide range of technical issues. You will play a crucial role in resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and contributing to project-based initiatives. Your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. This is a chance to make a tangible difference in a global organization.
What You’ll Do:

  • Provide front-line technical support, resolving incidents and service requests within a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with global IT colleagues to diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate technical problems across various platforms.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including security audits and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to empower users and improve knowledge sharing.
  • Champion continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to optimize processes and enhance support services.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical production issues.
  • Train colleagues on new technologies and tools, fostering adoption and maximizing their effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a technology-related field (computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering), business administration, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications with experience are also highly valued.
  • Minimum of three years of experience supporting global infrastructure in a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, cloud applications, middleware, standard office software, and related security protocols.
  • Experience in delivering technical training to both technical teams and end-users.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and support requests concurrently.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Professional and presentable work environment suitable for online meetings and training sessions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18.56 to $20.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
