Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to deliver exceptional IT support for workstation and server environments in a full-time office setting in Jefferson City, MO. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, shoulder customer-facing service, and maintain documentation while meeting SLAs.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on IT support, MSP experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands‑on IT support in a similar role (deploying and troubleshooting Windows workstations and applications)
• 3 years of MSP experience; Windows Server and Networking knowledge
• Strong documentation, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Participate in white-glove calls during high-urgency technical escalations, delivering calm, expert communication
• Deploy technical solutions to resolve recurring issues and improve system performance
• Analyze ticket data or client feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met for all customers
