Job summary

National Fuel is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for our Erie, PA location. You will provide timely IT support across channels, document incidents, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues. Duties include imaging, deployment, and assisting both in-office and remote staff.

You will work with Windows OS, Active Directory/Azure AD, and various deployment tools while communicating clearly with customers. Some travel to NY and PA locations is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT Service Desk or technical support with strong troubleshooting and customer-service focus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), imaging, group policy, and permissions.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktop/laptop/tablet/printer equipment.
• Familiar with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for IT inquiries and incidents via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Document incidents and requests with detail for ticket management.
• Support on-site and remote employees with hardware/software needs including deployment and imaging.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations in NY and PA service territories.
