Job summary

Vanguard Management Solutions in Herndon, VA is hiring an entry-level Service Desk Analyst to support a client, combining hands-on troubleshooting with patient customer service. This full-time hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and allows remote work two days.

You will install hardware and approved software, guide users through technical issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with support teams to resolve problems. A Secret clearance is required.

Help people get back to work - and build your IT support skills with every issue you resolve. As an entry-level Service Desk Analyst with Vanguard Management Solutions, you'll support a client in Herndon, Virginia, combining hands-on troubleshooting with clear, patient customer service.

You'll help install hardware and approved software, guide users through technical issues, and coordinate with support teams to get problems resolved. This full‑time hybrid role requires at least three days on site each week and is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and following through for the people they support.
