LendingTree, a leading online loan marketplace, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Charlotte, NC. You will be the first contact for O365/Azure support, helping employees with software, hardware and troubleshooting in a fast-paced ITOps environment.
The role emphasizes hands-on learning, documentation, and collaboration, with clear growth paths into senior roles and other technical tracks. This in-office position requires relocation or presence in Charlotte.
*PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office role, with in-office presence required Monday-Friday every week. The candidate must be in Charlotte NC, or have plans to relocate. Candidates outside will not be considered.*
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the front line of support for our O365/Azure environment and the first point of contact for employees across LendingTree. This role is the front door to our Infrastructure & Operations organization—no prior cloud administration experience required, just strong troubleshooting instincts and a genuine desire to learn. High performers are developed into Senior Service Desk Analyst and, based on demonstrated interest and skill, given the opportunity to move into other technical tracks across the organization.

The pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
