LendingTree is hiring a technical lead in Charlotte, NC to oversee design and build phases of projects, mentor engineers, and author scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with senior staff to educate teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality products.
The role emphasizes distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and hands-on development in C#/.NET within a hybrid schedule. Strong leadership and Agile experience are required.
This role requires a hybrid schedule in our Charlotte, NC office; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote. Additionally, this position does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
You will be the technical lead on the design and build phases of our projects, leveraging your knowledge of architectural patterns, software delivery, and continuous deployment. You will also work with senior technical people at LendingTree to educate and mentor engineers within the rest of the technical organization. You will be seen as an expert in designing software solutions for complex technology products.

The base pay range for this position is $135,000 to 175,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, location and candidate experience.
