KPMG is currently seeking a GenAI Designer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  1. Advocate actively for user experience and support in the planning and facilitation of design thinking sessions aimed at improving and/or designing new services and products, particularly through generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistants and agents.
  2. Develop end-to-end service blueprints, journey maps, and customer experience maps to visualize the user experience and how technology, data, and business processes need to align in the delivery of seamless and holistic services.
  3. Translate requirements, user stories, and business processes into optimized flows across all relevant platforms and products.
  4. Design wireframes with usability best practices in mind, creating high-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
  5. Support the development and use of Design Systems and a standard library of reusable assets across various applications and products.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication; conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum three years of experience in user research, service design, UX design, and UI design; strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications.
  4. Experience working in an Agile design/development environment.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to think critically and solve complex problems; passion for creating innovative and user-centric experiences.
  6.
