KPMG is seeking a GenAI Designer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This remote work opportunity involves designing user experiences focusing on generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistants and agents.

Responsibilities

• Actively advocate for user experience and facilitate design thinking sessions to improve or create new services and products with AI technologies.
• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and customer experience maps to visualize user interactions and align technology, data, and business processes for seamless service delivery.
• Translate requirements, user stories, and business processes into optimized workflows across platforms.
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, adhering to usability best practices, for testing and iteration.
• Support the development and use of Design Systems and reusable assets across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication; conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in user research, service design, UX, and UI design, with a strong understanding of service design principles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; knowledge of generative AI applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; passion for creating innovative, user-centric experiences.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
