Job summary

Wilcore Technologies Inc. is seeking a Service Designer to support a federal health agency's cloud-based data platform. You will streamline intake and onboarding, improve customer experience, and develop service blueprints and change management to sustain adoption of platform capabilities.

You will publish onboarding guides, define KPIs, and stand up feedback loops to track and drive platform improvements. Must reside in the continental United States and be eligible for a federal background

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operationalizing end-to-end services.
• Direct experience facilitating change management and process improvement.
• Expertise in intake, onboarding, and enablement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Unified Intake Workflow with standardized requests, SLAs, roles, and escalation paths.
• Implement a Platform Routing Model to direct requests to appropriate lanes.
• Integrate intake with CRM and coordinate with training, enablement, and change management workstreams.
• Identify automation opportunities and map use-case workflows with metrics.
