Job summary

Wilcore Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Service Designer to support an enterprise cloud-based data and analytics platform for a federal health agency.

The platform provides governed data storage, engineering and analytics tools, platform integrations, and policy controls for data practitioners across the enterprise. In this role you will streamline intake and onboarding to reduce time-to-value for customers, improve their experience, and develop service blueprints and change management practices

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating end-to-end services.
• Proven ability to drive change management and process improvement.
• Expertise in intake, onboarding, and enablement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Unified Intake Workflow with documented status visibility and SLAs.
• Implement a Platform Routing Model with clear decision criteria and handoffs.
• Integrate intake with an enterprise CRM and maintain customer history.
• Identify Automation Opportunities across data ingestion and AI/ML enablement.
• Publish onboarding guides and templates as a single source of truth.
• Define and monitor intake KPIs and run biweekly improvement reviews.
• Develop service blueprints and streamline customer journeys.
• Own change management strategy for sustained usage.
• Stand up continuous feedback loops to inform product planning.
