Lexus of Colorado Springs is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the daily operations of the service department, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional guest care. You will hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, and align workflow with manufacturer and dealership policies.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $120,000+ plus bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a broad benefits package designed to support your well-being and development.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years old with valid driver's license
• Previous Service Manager experience preferred
• Lexus experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead, hire, and supervise service department personnel and maintain guest care standards
• Set departmental goals including budgets and marketing initiatives
• Train staff on dealership policies and procedures; encourage technician training
• Maintain knowledge of warranty policies and liaise with factory reps
• Address guest concerns to uphold CSI and dealership standards
• Monitor financial performance and warranty receivables with leadership
• Implement dealership systems and process improvements across service
• Ensure compliance with regulations including OSHA and hazardous waste
• Maintain a clean, safe service department and guest areas
• Communicate expectations, review pay plans, and lead regular team meetings
• Model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
