Job summary

Lexus of Colorado Springs is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will build and develop a loyal customer base, lead the service team, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, setting goals and budgets, training personnel, and collaborating with factory representatives on warranty

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Previous Service Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Lexus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and supervise service department personnel, monitoring performance and supporting guest care and service quality.
• Establish departmental goals, including budgets and marketing initiatives to drive service business.
• Train team members on dealership policies and systems, encouraging technician training.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty policies and liaise with factory representatives as needed.
• Address guest concerns to maintain CSI and dealership standards.
