C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Assistant to support the daily operations of the service department. You will assist Service Advisors, technicians, and management with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and documentation to maintain an efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Prepare and maintain repair orders and documentation.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and ensure records are accurate.
• Assist with opening/closing service orders and organizing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
