Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Delivery Assistant – Mobility to support our corporate mobile service operations. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day service delivery tasks related to corporate mobility and provide administrative and operational support to the Service Delivery Lead. This position involves handling user support requests, carrier/vendor coordination, cost control monitoring, and mobility-related invoice management, while also contributing to broader service delivery initiatives as needed.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, telecom coordination, or service delivery operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with service desk systems such as ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to handle high-volume communications and multitask in a structured environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timely follow-up and service resolution.
- Working knowledge of Tangoe Mobile MEM and AT&T Mobility Premier portals.
- Experience with vendor management, telecom cost optimization, or enterprise mobility.
- Exposure to invoice processing, GL entry preparation, or telecom billing platforms.
- Prior experience in an enterprise mobility or IT service delivery team.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Act as assistant administrator for the Tangoe Mobile MEM platform.
- Manage and respond to requests via the Mobility Help mailbox and handle ServiceNow mobility tickets.
- Support corporate users by resolving escalations and troubleshooting issues related to mobile services across North America.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for mobility carriers and vendors, including AT&T and other telecom providers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to service commitments and performance expectations.
- Monitor AT&T international usage notifications, take preventive actions to reduce overages, and educate users on optimizing mobile usage abroad.
- Assist with General Ledger disbursements at month-end.
- Support invoice processing and reconciliation for multiple cellular and legacy telecom carriers across various brands.
- Be available to assist with other service delivery activities beyond mobility when needed.
- Support internal process improvements and documentation related to telecom and service delivery.
